ONE PIECE's official website announced that Fuji Tv will air a new One Piece Tv Special called "3D2Y" Ace no Shi wo Koete! Luffy Nakama tono Chikai. It will air on August 30 at 9pm. The reason of this Special is to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Anime!

The summary that was posted on the Official Website:

After the Great War of Marinford, Luffy has lost his brother Ace, and once again realized the singnificance of his Nakama. He overcomes the sadness and trains in  Rusukaina Island with Rayleigh to learn Haki.Then an appearance of one man shakes the world. 
Burndy World  escaped from Level 6 of Impel Down and attacked all Marines and Pirates that cross over his path. The World Government immediately calls up the Shichibukai, however, after World finds out about it, he plots to capture them first and use them as baits for his big dream. He decides to target Hancock, who has a strong bond with Luffy. Is Hancock going to be captured to World, who is known as the World's Destroyer? What will Luffy do? Now a story that has not been revealed will open its door!"
World is known to have the power of the "Moa Moa Fruit." World will also be designed by Oda Eichiro.
