Well, I wanted to save Zela/Zera for when I have a more complete write-up of her, but it seems she's been ranked quite favourably by all 4 of our Leader sites, that I will be putting it out in this week's post. I have provided her card details below (taken off of RMiru bot from the PAD Discord/PADX):
Talking about her leading capabilities, we see that she boasts a mix of good offense and defense:
While she requires a ton of wood orbs every turn to achieve her multiplier, that can be circumvented greatly by the use of 7x6 leaders, such as Diablos or even Awoken Spica. Also to note, her Wood typing allows for very potent subs to join her team. Great subs include Sonia-Fio, Wood Cotton, Odin Dragon, Wood Ney, Chronus, etc. In addition, having Ney and Odin Dragon's healing active skill provides the emergency healing Zela needs to maintain her shield and 4x attack. Basically the timing of her arrival is pretty impeccable with the amount of good Wood subs that are able to back her up.
The above (and a bunch others) have earned Zela, our first 7* GFE, a spot at Tier 4 on our Aggregate Leader List.
Also, here's some food for thought: with the addition of the Trading Post, we have seen we are able to trade in our 6* GFE for 6* in collabs and seasonals. But what of seasonals/collabs that offer 7*? We're talking Monster Hunter's Diablos/Amatsu, Ideal from DBDC, Ilmina from Heroine. Personally I doubt we're going to be able to trade in 6* GFE for those. Which means Zela and other 7* may become the next tier of "trade food". I'm thinking possibly a 2:1 trading ratio...
Anyway, decided to add that in to spark some discussions on what's possibly to come in PAD. As always, thanks for reading!

These tier lists assume BEST subs (often hard-to-acquire GFEs/collab cards) tackling hard dungeons (Arena 3, 3-Player Rushes, ALT Arena/Arena 4). Therefore, their uses largely depend on your box, your progression in PAD, and personal puzzling/comboing skills.
